Marathon
Marathon PC notes
Marathon on Windows is Bungie extraction FPS raids. This page covers how players talk about hacks for that loop, what client checks watches, and how to check a build before you queue. Audio cues and ability windows decide more fights than raw tracking.
How Marathon fights play
Marathon is built around Bungie extraction FPS raids. Loadouts reset between runs, so information beats long-term gear stacking. If you only copy settings from another shooter, the extras will look fake in a recap.
Read the map, not just the crosshair. Third-party overlays usually focus on player pings, loot glow, and extract timers. A quiet ESP or hold-key assist lasts longer than a visible lock.
Hacks without wrecking the round
Turn off extras that paint every NPC if Marathon already floods the screen. Keep one hold key for hacks and nothing else in the first session.
Status and client checks
client checks is the gate. Teams drop into a contested facility, loot, and extract under timer pressure. After a patch, wait for a rebuild note. If the overlay shakes, bones drift, or the menu injects twice, close the game.
Use a hold key. Keep FOV small. Do not test a new loader in ranked, tournaments, or a streamed lobby. That is the whole safety list.
